  • A request for a refund must be made within 15days of the purchase date.
  • Certain products, such as personalized or custom items, may not be eligible for a refund unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

2. Refund Process:

  • To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@jamesonsinfosolutions.com  with your order number, reason for return, and any supporting documentation (e.g., photos of the defective item).
  • Upon receiving your refund request, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

3. Refund Approval:

  • If your refund is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check with your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

4. Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the product was damaged or defective.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item was received damaged or defective.

5. Non-Refundable Items:

  • Downloadable software products and sale or clearance items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

6. Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

7. Exchanges:

  • If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
